Educational
Opportunity
Foundation
Since 1976
It started in 1976 with one person (pastor Pharmor) believing in the great commission through the example of his father (Mr. Smile) who had taught his children to save many children who went through traumatic experiences in search of education.
It was officially established in 1970 out of scratch. Many children went through traumatic experiences of physical, mental and sexual abuse in search of education. Seeing the needs of offering opportunities for these vulnerable children to have a safe place, the first dorm was established in Maesarieng. It was enlarged to the war zone and other parts of Thailand to help the unprivileged children getting education in the midst of intense war and give them hope for eternity. The Lord bless the ministry and now it has schools, dorms, church planting programs, media ministry and other emergency projects.
Vision: Give hope and opportunity for the under-privileged children to receive Christian education for eternity.
Mission: To finish the great gospel commission in searching, going, preaching, teaching and serving to the hopeless people (Matthew 28 & Isaiah 59)
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you."

What students say...
My village only has a primary school. My parents couldn’t support me to continue my education after I finished grade 4. My village isn’t safe because of war. I’m grateful to the sponsors who support us to continue our education.
Saw Eh Chri Moo, 13
I’m really grateful that I get to learn about the word of God. I’m really grateful to those who support us generously so that we can continue our education. Having a daily food, a shelter, a blanket to warm us at night and a pillow to lie down is a great blessing to us.
Naw Paw K'Poh, 18
We couldn’t go to school in my village anymore because of war. It’s very difficult to study in the bush all year long in my village. So, I decided to come and stay here where I can learn safely. I’m very grateful for the daily foods that I can have here.
